An AUDEO piece can be repaired, whether it is a bum bag, a bag, a tote or a pouch. If a seam comes loose, a zip sticks or a strap wears out, Morgane puts it right in her workshop in Limerzel, even years after you bought it.

- We repair seams, zips, straps and buckles, with no time limit after purchase.
- The price is cost price, quoted once we have your photo.
- It takes 4 to 6 weeks from when your piece reaches the workshop.
- You pay to send the piece to the workshop. AUDEO pays for the return.
How it works

You write to us
Tell us which piece it is and what is damaged. Then reply to the confirmation email with a photo.

You get a quote
We look at the photo and tell you the price of the repair, at cost.

You send the piece
We email you the workshop address. You pay for the postage.
04
It comes back repaired
Allow 4 to 6 weeks from when your piece reaches the workshop. We pay for the return.
