Contact us
Send an email to contact@audeo.cc with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 h.

Prepare the parcel
Place the item back in its original packaging with its tags. The item must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed.

Ship the return
Send the parcel to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refund or exchange
Once we receive and verify the return, we process the refund (within 14 days) or send the exchange.
