Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship via Colissimo (2–5 business days, home or pick-up point) and Mondial Relay (3–6 business days, relay point). Shipping is free from €100.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to metropolitan France. Shipping to overseas territories and the EU is being rolled out.
How do I track my order?
A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your parcel on the carrier's website or from your AUDEO account.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay via Stripe. Your payment data is encrypted and secure — we have no direct access to it.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, PCI-DSS level 1 certified. AUDEO never stores your card details.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receipt to return an item. The item must be in its original, unused condition. We cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@audeo.cc with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and packing instructions.
Products
Are your products made in France?
Yes. Every AUDEO piece is made in our workshop in Brittany, by hand, by a single craftsperson from cutting to finishing.
Will a sold-out colour be restocked?
Our pieces are made in very limited runs from curated materials — some as single copies. Once sold out, a reference is generally not restocked. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of new releases.
What materials do you use?
We primarily work with nautical and upholstery industry fabrics (technical canvas, suede), as well as leather selected for its durability. Each product page details the materials used.
Care
How do I care for a technical canvas item?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or machine washing. Air dry flat, away from direct heat sources.
How do I care for a suede item?
Use a dry suede brush to remove dust. For stains, dab gently with a slightly damp cloth without rubbing. Avoid prolonged sun exposure to preserve the colour.
How do I care for a leather item?
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Apply a leather conditioner two to three times a year to maintain suppleness. Store away from light and moisture.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click the 'Account' icon in the navigation or directly at checkout. Creating an account lets you track orders and access your order history.
I forgot my password — what should I do?
On the login page, click 'Forgot your password?' and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within minutes.
