Processing times
Orders placed before noon (business days) are processed the same day. Otherwise, they are shipped the next business day. Allow 1 extra business day during peak periods (sales, holidays).

FAQ
My parcel is late — what should I do?
First check the tracking sent by email. If the delay exceeds 8 business days, contact us at contact@audeo.cc with your order number.
My parcel was damaged on delivery.
Report it to the carrier at the time of receipt, then send us photos within 48 h. We will take care of the replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to metropolitan France. Shipping to overseas territories and the European Union is being rolled out.
Can I change my address after ordering?
