Returns are accepted within 30 days. Return shipping is at your expense: from abroad, expect about €15 to €22.
Processing times
Orders placed before noon (business days) are processed the same day. Otherwise, they are shipped the next business day. Allow 1 extra business day during peak periods (sales, holidays).

FAQ
My parcel is late — what should I do?
First check the tracking sent by email. If the delay exceeds 8 business days in France or 10 business days elsewhere in the EU, contact us at contact@audeo.cc with your order number.
My parcel was damaged on delivery.
Report it to the carrier at the time of receipt, then send us photos within 48 h. We will take care of the replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, across the European Union: to your door with Colissimo, and in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland also to a relay point or locker with Mondial Relay. We do not yet ship to the French overseas territories or outside the European Union.
