The Sailor Bag XL in Beige / Brown. A large handbag in marine faux leather, the material used on outdoor boat cushions, paired with a beige acrylic canvas. The faux leather is waterproof, treated against UV and mould, and a sponge is enough to clean it. It is sewn with UV-treated thread from new end-of-line fabrics that would otherwise have gone to waste, upcycled in very small quantities. Inside, the lining is PVC from boat winter storage covers, very easy to wipe clean. The bag is built for daily use: a large zipped pocket for a phone, a clip for keys, a spot for a water bottle and a pen holder. It closes with a YKK zip, the kind used on marine equipment, and weighs 900 g empty. Technical boating materials, put back to use with style, in a bag that works every day.
